I did find a small piece of CSS to do this I tried but it did not work. I am using Avada theme. DO you have a CSS that would work that would either duplicate or move the month navigation to the top of the calendar? That makes it a lot easier for mobile users especially.

Where would I put that? I have done this in the theme option for custom CSS before but this says style sheet?

You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.

If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.

Please let me know how it goes for you.
