Names Missing and Giving Access to Attendee Lists

I use the paid for plug in Events Calendar to sell places on my courses.

It’s supposed to allow tutors to grab their own registers. I’ve never worked out how to do this – tutors can either access everything, all the data for all of the classes (which I don’t want) or nothing at all.

Also, now when I process the order from ‘processing’ to ‘completed’ it removes the attendees name and leaves only their email address in the register.

How can I fix this?

Are tutors created as WordPress users? Which role do you assign them? In that case you can set them as authors of their events, Does that make sense?

Does this happened after any updates to our products or other WooCommerce or any other change to the site?
