Name for Tickets purchased

If a users purchases, say 3, tickets, is it possible to collect the name and email address for those other two tickets? That way we know the names of all three people who will be attending the event. Currently, we can only accept the billing details for the purchaser. This would be helpful for future marketing efforts as they’re interested in our events, as well as event attendee rosters.
