KYLE
ParticipantI have the latest Wootickets, Event Calendar, and Event Calendar Pro running on my site. Since the update, the admin-ajax.php is crashing in my WordPress. My media section no longer works in grid mode, visual composer will not work, and I can save the widgets since it requires Ajax. I have tried deactivating the plugins and that causes everything to crash. I removed all instances of code within my functions to make sure that wasn’t breaking it. I am lost here and have tried everything. This issue started happening after all the updates. I have tried reverting back to older versions as well and still no luck.
Please help!

MemberHowdy Kyle,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll try to help you getting your site running back again!
First of all please try our basic trouble shooting by following the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Second, please send me over your system information so I can check if you are running the correct version of each plugin. Please remember to remove license keys from the info or mark your reply as private.
Third, Do you see the error in the console or printed in the page? Can you provide the actual error message? Check in the server logs if needed.
Please let me know about this,
Best,

ParticipantHi Nico,
I just posted my admin info for your review. I have updated all the plugins to the latest including Wootickets, The Events calendar and the Pro. I have removed and tested all the plugins and ran through all the conflicts guides. I have been trying to fix this for the past 48 hours and running out of ideas. Your help is appreciated.

ParticipantHere is the error code I get anytime I try to save, open a popup, view media in grid mode or anything that uses Ajax.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) : http://dapldenver.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

MemberHey Kyle,
Sorry I didn’t see your post before posting my previous reply. First of all let me tell you we are not allowed to login into client sites and make changes 🙁
Regarding the issue with admin-ajax, it’s returning 0 when I access the file directly from the browser. I see you mention you tested for conflicts, what where the results after disabling the theme and all plugins, and then progressively activating them and the theme? If this is not working with just WordPress Default Theme and no plugins active, maybe there’s something wrong with the WP install itself.
Regarding the iCal issue you mentioned, Can you please open up a new thread for this? Having just a user/issue per thread usually makes them move faster.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
