I have a recurring event set properly in the admin with the correct time zone, but when displaying on the front end it is showing as one hour early.

This was not an issue until recently.

I saw this issue several times by other users recently. I am having this same issue and it is impacting my users and credibility of my site.

Please fix this known issue ASAP.

    Hi David!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the time displayed on your events. I will try to help you get this sorted.

First, please check out this article on timezones and this one about daylight savings time.

If you check your settings and everything appears to be configured properly, can you try regenerating the event series to see if that fixes the issue? Just remove what is setup under “event series,” save, re-add the events, and save again.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks,
    Sky

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
