First off, I’m really sorry about the frustration. I’m happy to help get things back on track for you here.
Automatic updates are definitely available for any and all our plugins. In order to activate them, please follow the steps outlined in this article. It provides step-by-step instructions for registering your license on a site which will then activate the automatic updates in WordPress when they are available.
The latest versions of the plugins are also available to download directly from your account here on this site. Log in and head to My Account > Downloads and you will access to all the latest versions (and past versions) that are included in your license.
I do want to note that the update from 3.11 t0 4.2 is a really big one. As such, I would highly suggest reading through our release notes for possible breaking changes (there definitely were some between 3.12 and 4.0) and backing up your site files and database before updating as you would for any other WordPress site update.
