In January I bought a second license so I could have one on my sandbox site as well as my live site. I did this so I wouldn’t have to worry about moving the license back and forth.
I recently changed the location of my sandbox site and now my license isn’t working.
I’m still only using two sites. Can I get a new license from you for my new sandbox? The old sandbox was deleted.
After opening the ticket, I was able to figure out how to move the keys
around so they’re now working.
However, something interesting happened before I could figure this out.
Someone registered for an event. I rec’d their payment through Woocommerce
but the transaction never showed up as an event registration. They are not
listed as an attendee. Is this because the key was temporarily broken?
