My license key won't work on my development/staging server

Hello!
I have purchased/renewed my license key but noticed that I can’t use the license for my staging server. I use WPEngine for my hosting and I have a staging side and the production server. I was hoping that I could use the license for both. I did find an answer on your support area and it said it was ok, but it doesn’t seem to have picked up the .staging in my staging area url. Please help! Thank you!
