ParticipantOrder: Order #1355751 was placed on September 27, 2017 and is currently Completed. This renewal was for both Events Calendar Pro and Tickets Plus. The license number update for Tickets Plus worked fine. But I did not receive a new number for Events Pro; and the plugin is still looking for renewal. Please send a new license number in response to this order. Thanks1

ParticipantHello, Courtney–
That Key I posted is the old one for Events Pro. Please take a look at that order number I sent to you. It is for the renewal of two products, Tickets Plus, which I updated just fine, and Events Pro which did not update since I don’t have a new key for it.
Order #1355751 was for two renewals. Please provide a new key for Events Pro.
Thanks!

MemberHi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out–sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with your license renewals here! On reviewing your recent purchase with us, it appears that your Events Calendar PRO license key is registered under a different user account than the one used to make this purchase. License keys are linked to specific user accounts within our databases, and renewals attempted from an account other than the purchasing account will fail as seen here. You can read more about this on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/renewing-your-license/
If you’d prefer to continue using the Events Calendar PRO license key on your other account, we can renew this license for you manually, or we’d be glad to generate a new equivalent license on this account so that both licenses can be renewed from a single account in the future. Let us know what your preference is here, and we’ll get that taken care of for you right away! 🙂
Thank you!

ParticipantHi Caroline–
Oh, I did wonder if that was what happened. For some weird reason I don’t
recall I purchased those licenses (different times) using two different
accounts even though I am the admin on both and for the same website(s).What I would like to do is combine these accounts so I can renew in one
place at one time. Use the one in my name, Richard Bredeson, with email
[email protected] if this is possible. Thanks so much. Sorry for the weirdness!

MemberHi Richard,
Thanks for following up to confirm–no trouble at all! 🙂 I’ve gone ahead and generated a new equivalent Events Calendar PRO license on your [email protected] account. With that, you should be all set to manage all of your license keys in one place! Since your license key has changed as a result of this transfer, you’ll want to make sure that you’ve updated your license activations for all of your existing sites. You can get your new license key by logging in to your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and accessing your account’s License Keys page:
https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/
Let me know if you should have any other questions or concerns here! Cheers, and thanks again!

ParticipantHello again…
I just checked the status of my account and note that both licenses are now
combined under my one email account, [email protected] which is
great; thanks! However, the license key for Events Calendar Pro is still the old one which
is expired. I paid for the renewal of Pro on that same order:
Order #1355751 was placed on September 27, 2017 and is currently Completed.
However, the old key for Events Calendar Pro has not been updated.
I need to the new key so I can update to the next level of Pro.Thanks!

MemberHi Richard,
Yay, so glad to hear that all is working well with your new licensing! You’re so very welcome! 🙂 Since you’ve marked your original question here as resolved, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out for now. Thanks again for taking the time to reach out, and please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do for you!
