ParticipantI’m having a problem setting up a scheduled import. I receive an error when trying to import from the group.
The error reads “Events cannot be imported because Facebook has returned an error. This could mean that the event ID does not exist, the event or source is marked as Private, or the event or source has been otherwise restricted by Facebook. You can read more about Facebook restrictions in our knowledgebase.”
This error occurs when i add the name of the group, and when I use the url which includes /events/

Could you please provide a link to the Facebook URL you’re trying to import from?

ParticipantI have seen this if FB somehow tags your event as age restricted, due to alcohol or other things in the event.
Maybe try created a plain event, simple description and importing the single event itself to see if it works?July 24, 2017 at 9:34 am #1325373Cliff

I used the latest version of The Events Calendar (there was a recent update to address some Event Aggregator issues) so please try it again and see if it works for you like it did in my GIF.
Also, dswiese is correct (and thanks for trying to help!), but I was able to successfully import this specific event.
