my events are not displaying

hi,
i entered my events as event posts, and the calendar – in either view – won’t show them, it does something wierd.
can you please help

Wow, that is strange.

First of all, can you login and navigate to Events > Settings > Template – try change the Default Event Template setting and see if you can clear things up that way.

Failing that, though I note you tried deactivating other plugins, can you also try switching to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve? If that solves the problem we will at least know that the issue lies with your theme and can take things from there 🙂

ok ! that worked i really appreciate that….
also can you help me with this….

when i display my list of classes

is there anyway to shorten it to only show the first few lines of each description (so all the classes can show up on one page?)
and also the first class is showing up as my title for the whole page…
can you show me how to fix that
