My event wont 'import'

    When i enter the event code I just get:
    The website cannot display the page
    HTTP 500
    Most likely causes:
    •The website is under maintenance.
    •The website has a programming error.
    What you can try:
    Refresh the page.
    Go back to the previous page.

    I have spoken to my web developer who thinks everything is correct on the website end. Anyhelp would be gratefully recieved

    Sorry to hear that Gary. Just to confirm, when you tried deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme – did that have no effect here?

    If it did not then, if possible, can you talk with your web developer and see if you can extract the relevant error log entries then share those here?
