My CC was charged, but Modern Tribe did not deliver license key for Event Ticket

I just paid $124 to renew my personal license for Event Pro and Event Tickets Plus. Unfortunately, the site is still saying that I need to renew my license for Event Tickets Plus. Should I reverse the charge on my card and re-do the order, or is there SOMEONE I can contact at Modern Tribe to fix this problem? I would post screen shots here, but I don’t want to post the license key for Events Calendar Pro, which was issued.
