ParticipantAs seen in the screenshot (language swedish). I have all the plugins needed and a fitted theme. Can’t really seem to find the solutions anywhere. Why is there nothing there?

Well, that’s not good. Let’s dig into this together and see what’s happening.
First off, would you be willing to share your system information with me? You can get it by heading to Events > Help, copying the “System Information” and pasting here for me as a private reply.
This will provide me with some additional information on your settings and I’m hoping it will show me what’s causing the information in the Additional Fields tab to disappear like that.

the system information looks good. In other words, it looks like you have all the correct plugin versions installed and I see nothing in your settings right off that would cause this sort of conflict.
I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Sixteen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting, most likely with a test site of your own that we can use to pinpoint the difference between your site and my test site (which does have the tab information).
