GuestHello,
I’m interested in using this plugin for a clients website, however, I have a question or two?
1.) Is it possible, using the PRO version and/or the Filter plugin to have one calendar that lists multiple locations/venues events? And then, have those events filterable?
2.) Is it possible to have the calendar on more than one page of the website, via shortcode, or other methods?
Thanks!

ParticipantJoshua,
Thanks for getting in touch! Take a look at our demo site: WP Shindig, which will hopefully give you a better idea of what the calendar is capable of with the Filter bar add-on.Regarding your question of shortcodes, you can currently only have the main calendar available on one page, but via this third-party plugin (event rocket), you can add some of the EC widgets via shortcodes.
Just let me know if that helps to answer your questions. Thanks! 🙂

GuestHi Casey,
Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. It looks like the filter add on will do the trick for going between venues (and all the other fancy options). However, isn’t it a huge limitation to only be able to create one calendar? For example. I have a client with 5 locations and they would like one main calendar for their users to search for classes, and then the site will have a page for each location. On each of these location pages, we’d like to have a calendar that displays the events for just that location/venue?
Based off of what I read for event rocket, I don’t think this is possible? Am I wrong? Is there a way to do this? Even if we have to custom program something? Has anyone, you know of, done anything like this in the past?
Thanks again!

ParticipantJoshua,
Our PRO add-on adds supports for Venues, so your users can access a page of just that venue’s events. Take a look at this Venue Page on our WP Shindig demo site, which is showing all of the upcoming events at ‘Topanga Library.’That sounds like what you’re trying to accomplish, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂
