Multiple Individuals Registering for Multiple Events

Hi all!

A client of ours is requesting a feature that I don’t know if Events Calendar Pro can handle. They run a company where they’d like parents to be able to register MULTIPLE children for MULTIPLE events. Does Events Calendar Pro support anything like group registration? Are there plugins? Help!

Hi Daniel and happy Friday!

It sounds like you’re looking for the ability to create and sell tickets for events. Events Calendar PRO is unable to do that, however we do have a couple of other plugins specifically for that:

• Event Tickets (free) – This allows you to create free tickets (like RSVPs) for events and is required for the next plugin…
• Event Tickets Plus – This allows you to create paid tickets for events and connects to a number of ecommerce plugins (including WooCommerce, among others) so people can add them to a cart for purchase.

The one limitation I do want to put out there is that neither Event Tickets nor Event Tickets Plus allow folks to register for more than one event at a time. Well, it is possible, but the flow of it is not very intuitive and is designed more for people to be able to register for one event at a time, though multiple people can register together.
