Guesthello,
my events are courses that span 5 weeks, with 6 different sessions – a mix of evenings and weekends. We currently add the full set of dates in the course description field which is fine. However, we add the start and finish date as the first and last date of the course and this means the event doesn’t disappear until the last date has passed. We need the course to disappear from the list on the start date, as it is not available to book after this. Can you please let me know how to do this?I was interested in the custom reoccuring events option, but am I right in thinking these are also for single day events rather than mulitple day events? We would only want the first day of our course showing up in our calendar, rather than each date as a separate event.

Thank you for posting to our Pre-Sales Questions channel. Based on what you’ve described, our Recurring Events sound perfect for you! You could create a set of 6 recurring events for each session, fitting any situation you can think of. For example: need to exclude a particular date from only one session? No problem!
