Multiday events cutoff time not working

Hi,
Many of my events start in the evening and end between midnight and 6am. I’ve set “Multiday Event Cutoff” to 8am, yet the events in question (which end before this time) are showing up as 2-day events on the calendar.
Any ideas?

I’m in a different timezone to my server. Could this be a factor?

Ok, solved, working great, the problem was mine. It was triggered by an unrelated wp loop running in the header.
