MemberHi! So am I right in thinking you have customized things so that the month separator (which normally only separates one month from the next in list view) is used to separate individual days?
In other words, is this essentially a problem with that customization?

ParticipantI have not touched anything about programming I have only modified the CSS, the page is a list view with a selected date range, the days are cutting well but the MultiDay CutOff is not working well, I have it set at 3:00 am.

MemberHmm, that’s interesting – as it just doesn’t look like our regular list view templates are being used there (and it doesn’t merely seem to be different CSS – the actual HTML is different). Compare your list view for example to this standard list on our demo site – they are quite different.
If you haven’t customized anything, is it possible that your theme shipped with a bunch of pre-built custom event templates (some themes advertise integration with The Events Calendar – so if you noticed such a statement on the theme homepage that might explain this).
At this point can you try our regular troubleshooting steps? Please start by switching to a default, unmodified theme then view the upcoming events list: is it still broken down by day? If so, please continue to deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO and check again.
This process is a great way to isolate any conflicts / customizations you may not be aware of.

Participantyes, the theme has specific templates for your plug.
before I wrote this post on the forum, I disable all plugins and change the theme for the default WordPress template and did not work properly.

MemberOK. So I’m not sure why things didn’t work properly when you took things back to a basic state, but really that’s a separate problem. What I’d recommend here is talking to the theme author about the particular problem you’ve described here as it looks to me like it’s a consequence of the custom event templates that ship with the theme.

Participantbut if I enable the wordpress theme “Twenty Thirteen” that not have any customization also did not work properly.
I think that is not a problem from the theme.

I’m not sure I understand – do you mean you’re seeing the same problem with a default, unmodified theme? I’m not sure why that would happen as the default list view (as you can see here) isn’t broken up day-by-day in the same way as I see here.
Can you clarify what you’re seeing with Twenty Thirteen?

Participantsorry for my English
I meant that if I activate the theme “Twenty Thirteen” which is the default Worpdress theme does not work well the multiday Cutoff option.
I want the events which are at 1:00 am to appear on the day before on the list, now is not doing it well.June 12, 2014 at 7:59 pm #222021Barry
MemberAh ok, yes I see what you mean. I’m going to file that as a bug and hopefully we can turn out a solution shortly. Thanks for reporting this!
