ParticipantHello–
I am not able to find a thread on this that is public, so here I am starting one.
I was able to figure out how to allow multiple ticket purchases (2 or more of the same ticket type) but I cannot find how to require people to individually list the attendee names, contact info, etc.
Our tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable so they need to be attendee specific. How do I make that happen?

ParticipantAlso, each attendee will need their own QR code so that each attendee can be checked in separately. Currently, adding multiple tickets are just under one QR code meaning that once the first person is scanned, the subsequent people purchased with that ticket have a QR code that was “already checked in”

ParticipantSorry, so many comments, but I am trying to figure this out while I wait. I figured out the multiple QR code issue, but the tickets still need to be registered to different individuals. That number could technically be between 1-3000 individuals who need their own QR code with tickets that have their name on them. Is there a way to ensure that each ticket reads a specific individuals name?

ParticipantI think this is resolved at this point, but I feel like you should consider
revising and adding to your getting started materials for this plugin. Its
functionality is somewhat unique and it is not intuitive. Once you get it
working it works great, but getting started is the difficulty.September 10, 2018 at 2:50 am #1617341Andras
KeymasterThanks for the feedback Natalie, much appreciated!
I will definitely run this by the docs team to see if we can polish things a bit.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,
