Multi-Session, Multi-Track, Multi-Day Conference Registration

Hello,

The show is WordPress 4.2.2 running Divi theme, and we need to set up registration for a 2-day conference with 3 sessions per day (4 sessions running concurrently for each of the 3 time slots).

The conference has 4 separate tracks and a total of 24 sessions. We need to set it up so that users are able to register either for a full conference program (their choice of 3 sessions per day) or to sign up for one or more individual sessions (as many as they wish to purchase on an individual basis). There will also be an awards reception that will be an add-on event/ticket option for all attendees.

Users who purchase a full conference program will not need to pay for individual sessions, but should be able to select which sessions to attend for each time slot regardless of which track they choose. Users who choose individual sessions will need to pay for each session.

We are looking for a solution that will allow us to present this complex event registration process cleanly to attendees. Is this setup something we could accomplish with your products, and if so, do you have an example of a live client site utilizing this solution that we could take a look at?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

However, what you describe is way beyond the capabilities of our ticketing plugins and would require a lot of customizations that we cannot provide support on.

You may want to look for a registration plugin instead of a ticketing plugin such as ours.
