GuestHello, I need to be able to display events that last multiple dates on the calendar page of my website. With my current calendar version, I have to enter each date separately even for the same event. Would the Pro-version of the calendar allow me to enter a multiple day event with one new event entry?

KeymasterHi Jessie,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
With Events Calendar Pro and the free version (The Events Calendar) events that last several days (say from June 1st to June 3rd) should show up on each of those days of your calendar. Is that not working for you?
If you are asking about recurring events, then Pro will definitely do this for you! You can set events to recur daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly and also exclude certain dates if you’d like (see screenshot here).
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

GuestHi Jennifer,
Thanks for your quick response! Yes, that’s correct, I’m trying to enter events that start on one day of the week and end on another date that week. (Like your example: begin on June 1st and end on June 3rd) For some reason, it will let me add the event with a different start and end date, but only the start date is showing up on the calendar after I try to add the multi-day event.
I am trying to add non-recurring multi-day events without having to manually enter a new event for each date. Any help that you could give me would be much appreciated!

KeymasterHi Jessie,
I’m sorry this isn’t working for you! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our support forums? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks!
