Multi-Day Event display

For a week long event for example is there a way for the description to span all 5 days rather than repeating on each day?

Good question. That is not yet possible. It is however a feature we are interested in building and have it logged internally, but it is a very low priority. Building that is surprisingly complex and not enough people want it for it to be top of our list.

We regularly review those vote counts so if you are interested in this please place a vote there, it helps us track demand. 🙂

for us is this really crucial feature and if we cannot solve it with The Events Calendar then we will have to go for to another solution.

I really appreciate the feedback Jiri. Please vote on this request as well if you have a minute. Due to the sheer number of comments we get along these lines regarding all manner of requests, unfortunately the only feasible way to track them all is the vote counts.

I hope y’all don’t min, I am going to archive this topic since an answer was marked correct and the thread thus resolved. If anyone else chances upon this I implore you to vote on Uservoice as well. We review it every week and it is the primary way we track user demand for features.
