    Hi — I just renewed my licenses. But now it’s saying “appears to be multi site, please upgrade.” While it’s true I have multiple sites installed under my wordpress (3 to be exact) they have nothing to do with one another and only 1 uses the plugin.

    Can you fix this? Even after renewal it’s not working at our website anymore.

    Hi Ayr. Thanks for your question.

    The plugin shouldn’t have any issue installed on a multisite network regardless of your license level.

    I’d suggest it not be network-activated though.

    If it’s activated only for the single site (not network-activated) and still giving you messages, please send a screenshot of what you’re seeing.
