Moving to the next month not working

Hello
I have the calendar showing up on my main page and it is showing the month of April. If I click either on the left or right arrow to go back or forth one month, it pushes me back up to the top of the page, instead of displaying the calendar for the next month.
How ca we fix that?
ALso, How can I translate the End-User buttons and texts to a different language?

Hi Eugen,

You have some script errors on the page that is likely conflicting with the functionality of the calendar widget. Please try deactivating all other plugins and/or switching to the default WordPress theme to get rid of those script errors and try to regain functionality of the widget.

so just by switching to default wp theme and deactivating and then reactivating the plugins will get rid of errors?
