Moving a Events Tickets Plus licence to another Events Calendar account

Earlier this year we purchased an Events Tickets Plus licence for a web site we developer for a client – it expires in March 2017.

The owners of that site are are no longer our client and they wish to take control of their Events Tickets Plus licence. My question is how can I move that single licence to a new Events Calendar account.

Note, we have an Events Calendar Plus licence for another client, so we don’t want to provide our former client with our login details.
