ParticipantHi..
I just moved my license from my local WAMP setup, to my live server.
I deactivated the license on the TRI.BE site, and then removed the code from the local site, and pasted it in the settings of the live site and savedIt then gave me the option to update the plugin on the live site, so i did.. i now have version 3.0.1 WooTickets, I also updated the calendar to 3.0.2, and WooCommeerse to 2.0.13.
After doing this.. I cannot get a ticket to show on my posts / products.
Example here:
http://www.moderngulf.com/newsite/calendar-dates/test-event/The ticket is not there.
On the local site it appears fine – see image below:
http://www.moderngulf.com/images/calendar-old.jpgAlso.. I think the layout of the event page with the new versions now looks terrible. The old one seems much more organized and tidy.. should it be like this?
The local / old versions were
Wootickets – 1.0.1
WooCommerse 2.0.10
Events Calendar – 2.0.11I updated the local version to test.. and then reverted.
It seems the updates stop the tickets working 🙁I also used a stock theme which didn’t seems to affect anything.
Many thanks for any help you can offer
thanks

Participantim uploading the local site to the live server to ensure there are no differences in other files. It will take a while. Ill then see what happens on the live side. The upload will mean the new plugins will be overwritten. Ill upload the pluggin again in about 8 hours (its late here). thanks

MemberHey there justjuicy! Is there any way i could get the theme folder or even whole site as zip file so i could try out debugging what is going on? Its very difficult for me to debug otherwise. You could share files with a private reply here for security.
let me know
