Move ticket purchase area to top

Hi,
How can I move the ticket portion of the page to the top of the Event page? Preferably to the top right, alongside the event information. I am getting complaints that the customer has to scroll down too much to get to the ticket portion.

Good question. In fact, we have a snippet available to move the ticket form higher up on the page along with step-by-step instructions on how to use it here in this post.

Thanks for chiming in! The snippet should work as-is but, if not and you’re getting a 500 error, then there’s a good possibility that it needs to be pasted into the functions.php file in a different location. Will you please try pasting the snippet right after the opening <?php tag in the file to see if that has any difference?

If you’re still having trouble here, then I would suggest opening a new thread so we can help troubleshoot further.
