Move RSVP Form to separate page templage

is it possible to move the RSVP form of the Event Tickets Plugin (free version) into a custom page template?

Check that article out and give things a try! If you don’t feel comfortable modifying code like this, then your best option would unfortunately be to hire a professional to assist further.
