Move person from one event to another?

I use the ticketing to hold classes and sometimes someone can’t make the class. How do I transfer them to another event?

And yes I have searched the support forums.

Great question.

This isn’t something that the plugin facilitates directly (though we’d definitely be receptive to any feature request you might post along these lines) … right now though you should be able to cancel the order and manually create a new order for the same customer via WooCommerce.
