    Our client’s key was purchased under our firm’s account and we would like to renew by creating them a new account. You provided us a discount code, however it didn’t work.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with our coupon code. I’ve just tested the code as you entered it here, and it appears to be working well–can you confirm that you entered the code on our own shopping cart and not on PayPal or Stripe?
