ParticipantOur development site calendar advances only once in month view then throws this error: [“TEC Debug: tribe_ev.fn.update_picker couldnt send “2016-06″ to any object.”]
I have performed conflict check, checked forums, and done all other recommended local debugging. I could not deactivate all plugins bc but I did deactivate all plugins that were not dependent on showing month view. Meaning, ACF Pro and Gravity Forms needed to stay activated for me to see the calendar.

MemberHi Jeff,
Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry to hear about this issue, I’ll help you with it…
Can you send over the dev site address? What’s the difference between the live site and the dev site? Is WP_DEBUG active?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberThanks fro the quick follow-up Jeff!
I wasn’t able to reproduce the error in the dev site. Are there any special steps to reproduce other than going to the calendar and start skipping months? Do you see the error if you are logged out from the admin area?

MemberHey Jeff,
Sorry for the delay! I could see the issue on your site but I’m still not able to reproduce this on my local install.
From your system information I see you are using The Events Calendar 4.1.2 (latest version) with PRO 4.1 (4.1.2 is the latest version for PRO as well), Can you try to update the later?
Please let me know if that fixes the issue,
Best,

ParticipantHello,
Plugin has been updated to latest, cache flushed, same issue, same error: [“TEC Debug: tribe_ev.fn.update_picker couldnt send “2016-07″ to any object.”]

MemberHi Jeff,
Thanks for following up!
I think I could finally understand the issue. Seems like the customization you (or the theme) made for the calendar include hiding the events bar, which includes the date field. Basically what the error is stating is that the date input (to change the date for next month) couldn’t be found. Can you review this?
Also, testing with default theme and no other plugins active should work if this is the issue, Can you try that out as well?

ParticipantNico,
You are correct. It is our customization. Thank you for your help!

MemberThanks for the heads-up Jeff!
Maybe having the date input but hidden can make it work.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
Have a great weekend,
