ParticipantIn the month view of the events calendar several days on the calendar such and July 14th, 2015 and July 17th, 2015 aren’t showing up in chronological order. The weekly view and day view are working correctly but several days each month on the monthly view display in the wrong order. For example on July 17th, 2015 the events listed from top to bottom are 9:00am-1030am, 12:00pm-1:00pm, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 3:00pm-5:30pm, 10:30am-11:00am, and 9:30am-10am.
We started noticing after the latest update and not quite sure how to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Lance

MemberHi Lance,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit up against difficulties.
That is a little odd – but I notice you seem to have custom templates in place (ie, within your theme’s tribe-events subdirectory).
Did you add those before the most recent update? Can you (temporarily) try removing them to see if this specific problem is cleared up? Though I appreciate you may not want to lose your customization work, this would at least potentially tell us where the seat of the problem is.
An easy way of “removing” them is simply to rename the tribe-events directory to something like disabled-tribe-events then you can rename them again after testing.
Can you give that a go and let me know what the result is?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for the response. I disabled (renamed the template folder to disabled-tribe-events) the custom template overrides (which were created before the recent updates) and cleared all the cache but I’m still experiencing the “month view” chronological out of order issue.
Any other ideas?
Thanks again for the help.

MemberHi Lance,
Can you confirm if any of those events are “sticky in month view”?

ParticipantBarry,
No, none of the events are sticky in month view.
Thanks,
Lance

MemberHi Lance,
Just for the avoidance of any doubt, were you able to complete our complete troubleshooting steps and did you discover that this problem was triggered by a plugin/your theme if so, or else can you run through that process now?
If that does not reveal anything and you are happy to do so, can you share a backup of your database? Though you cannot upload files here directly you could upload a zipped database dump to your own WordPress site or to a service like Dropbox and share the link by private reply.
Let me know!
