Month View Does Not Load or Takes Up To 3 Minutes To Load

Our Calendar/Month view has always been very slow in loading, but now it’s taking way to long. And sometimes doesn’t load at all: http://www.samysphotoschool.com/events/month/

I would love to help you with this. Performance is a huge passion of mine.

I think you will see a nice performance bump from using this snippet:

This will disable JSON LD only on your Month View page. Unfortunately JSON LD is not yet cached by our plugin. So even though you have enabled month view caching, which is very wise, it does not cache the entire page. Thus, the parts that are not cached can still slow down your site. But, if you disable it you will see no slowdown.

Does that snippet work?

Howdy Mario,

You can paste that in in any php file hat gets loaded with the page. Many choose to put things like this in their theme’s functions.php file, so that would be a perfect spot if you have no preference.

Does that make more sense now?
