Month Tooltip weblink

I did some digging and couldn’t find the answer. I know enough to get myself into trouble but do not know javascript.
I’m hoping to make the tooltip as link. When you look at the events on our calendar the tootlip has a “…” to follow the link to the actual event, I’d like to expand the link to have the whole tool tip be a link to the actual event.

Is this possible, is it possible to make the link bigger and more visible?

Is it a problem with our theme?

I tested the theme and while it changes the link to say read more, it still does not make the whole tool tip a link, I’d like to make it all a clickable link, is this possible?

To achieve what you want and wrap the content of your tooltip with a link to your event, please add the following template to [your-theme]/tribe-events/month/tooltip.php
