Month and List View

I’ve two questions regarding the month and list view on my calendar. Is it possible to show both at the same time under ‘View As’? Right now either I see Month View and if I click on it I get an option for List View. So unless the user clicks on it, they might not realize that there is another View available.

Also, on my website, there is a little artifact/glitch where when I switch between Month or List view, a drop down of default month/list view shows for a fraction of a second. My site is password protected but I’m happy to send the password privately to view the site. Thank you.
