Once a customer has placed an order for tickets to a specific event with WooTickets, would they have the ability to come back in and add to their order? Or would they need to start a second transaction to add additional tickets? If they have to start a second transaction, is there anyway to pre-populate the field values based upon their last transaction?
Currently, that functionality is not included in our plugin. However, it may be possible with some customization or using the options in WooCommerce. Much of the code behind WooTickets is actually WooCommerce, so I recommend that you get in touch with the Woo Support team and see if they can shed some light on this.
