I have a recurring event scheduled on Meetup which is imported into TEC. After changing the recurring event start time in Meetup, I now have duplicates in TEC. One event shows the old start time, and the other event is listed at the new start time.
To solve this, I’ve just gone through and deleted all events by that Meetup organizer group and will start another import, but this is not a practical solution to the issue going forward.
This is actually worse than I originally noticed. Cancelled Meetup events remain in TEC as active events, so the calendar requires constant monitoring to check for both duplicate and cancelled events.
This is currently a severe limitation of Event Aggregator that should be clearly stated on the product page.
