Mobile CSS working in customizer, but not on mobile

I’ve suppressed related events, previous events, the individual event pager, and made a number of CSS customizations, all of which look great in customizer, but on the actual mobile experience, none of these changes are rendering. This seems to be since the last string of updates. Where do I even start?
