    Good Afternoon,

    I’ve just upgraded an existing licence from Single to Business (wootickets) thinking it was a different plugin.

    I appreciate this is a very silly mistake but wonder if you can either downgrade the licence or offer a credit against the plugin we actual wish to purchase (calendar pro)
