Missing Tickets on Single Events Page

I’ve read through a number of similarly named forum tickets, but have not been able to figure out why my tickets aren’t showing up on my events.

Things I’ve already tried:

– created a new test event and carefully filled out everything
– disabling all non-event calendar / Woocommerce plugins and switched to Twenty Fourteen then Twenty Fifteen
– double checking that the ticket sale dates would allow it to show up now

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

I took a look at your site and it looks like you are running WooCommece Tickets 3.9.3 with The Events Calendar 3.10.

Please update WooCommerce Tickets to 3.10 and that should fix the issue.

If you do not see it as an automatic update you can download the latest copy from your account on our site.

Let me know know how that works out after the update.
