Missing Ticket Category

    We’ve recently installed WooCommerce Tickets and I don’t see the “ticket” category within WooCommerce as mentioned below in the WooCommerce Tickets features list.

    “Tickets are automatically assigned a “ticket” category within WooCommerce, so they’re easy to differentiate from any other Woo products you’re selling”

    Is this something that’s been changed, or a hidden category of some sort? Any new tickets I create don’t have a category associated with them in the WooCommerce products list.

    Hi @smscmarketing,

    That is indeed something we changed (in the 3.11 release) – the reason being that, by default, tickets are also hidden from the catalog and that could cause a few odd side effects.

    We did however add hooks to make it possible to restore this behaviour (or indeed to more easily do something different, like apply a tag instead of a category).
