Missing sidebar menu items

    I’ve just installed Event Tickets & Events Tickets Plus, but most of the functionality seems to be missing as only 3 items are showing up in the sidebar menu under Events (Settings, Ticket Fieldsets, and Event Add-Ons – which displays only a black page) as well as tabs missing in the Settings page. The problem persists even if only Event Tickets is installed, when all other plugins are deactivated, and when I switch to a default WordPress theme. This is obviously incredibly frustrating since I’ve paid for the Pro version of the plugin but apparently can’t use it. Please help!

    Hey Janine,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I apologize for the issues that you’re experiencing with using our plugins. If you’re using just the Event Tickets and the Event Tickets Plus plugins they don’t include the Event Management side of the equation. They are designed to be able to be used on their own to add Tickets to any post type that you would like.

    However, if you would like to use them with our full events features, you can definitely do that by installing our Core Events Calendar plugin on your site as well.

    We’re having a similar issue, but we have Events Tickets Plus AND Events Calendar Pro. But we can no longer see the Events item, Venue, etc under the main Events menu in the Dashboard.

    Please disregard previous post. Didn’t see a way to delete/edit it. But the issue is resoled for us. Thanks!
