Missing pop up with image

Hi I’m missing the pop-up with the image when I hover over an event in grid views. I read on another thread and it said to update your template overrides. I don’t know what that means. Can you please walk me through on how to go about fixing my problem? I don’t even know if I have any template overrides.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi!

If you haven’t put any template overrides in place that probably isn’t the issue – I wonder if this may in fact be due to some sort of conflict … can you confirm that you tried deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme? Do the tooltips work under those conditions?
