I seem to be missing a lot of the functionality of events tickets plus. My plugins are up to date according to my downloads section in my account. For example I’ve attached a picture of my display page as well as the sidebar options. This is substantially different from the tutorial materials and is incredibly frustrating!
Please let me know if you need any more information to troubleshoot this and get back on track. I’ve experienced this on two installs with two different sites.
I see you have the most recent versions of our ticketing plugins. That’s great.
I also see that you probably are not using The Events Calendar – that is absolutely OK, ET and ET+ work without it, but this could be the reason why you see less / different options.
What options are you specifically looking for or missing?
