Buying Events Calendar Pro will NOT fix this issue.
You should seek support help to resolve these issues. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.

We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.
You might also want to post in the X Theme forums, in case this is a theme-related issue which it sounds like it might be.
While buying an Events Calendar Pro license won’t automagically resolve the problem, it would give you access to the technical support forums on this site, so that’s something to consider too if you want faster support than the free wordpress.org forums I linked to above.
