Two events submitted to my calendar by community users are not displaying on the map view, but do display on list or month views:

https://adventureracehub.com/race/gear-grinder-1-5-hr-3-hr-mountain-bike-orienteering/I’m assuming there’s something wrong in the information that is supplied in their venue, but for the life of me, I can’t find it. Can you help me out by spotting what’s wrong?

I’d be happy to help you figure out this issue.
Assuming you have “Show Google Map” enabled in the event location settings, there’s something else you can try. Navigate to the event’s venue via Events > Venues. In the venue’s “Venue Information” metabox, check the “Use latitude + longitude” checkbox. The latitude and longitude fields should appear pre-populated. Save the venue. If for some reason the fields aren’t filled in, try unchecking, saving, rechecking.

Thanks for the recommendations. I did all the above actions on both events. Both events had the boxes for “Show on Google Maps” and “Show on Google Maps Link”. I opened the venues and clicked the show lat/long box for both. The fields didn’t populate, so I unclicked, saved, reclicked, and neither populated. But I updated the venues anyway, and now they show on the map listing!
So… problem solved, but reasons are unclear why, since the lat/long boxes aren’t filled in.
Is there any way to make all my venues have the lat/long clicked, to ensure there aren’t other community submitted events that aren’t being shown in the map view?

Sorry for the long delay in responding.
If you go to Events > Settings > General > Map Settings, there may be a setting called “Fix geolocation data.” Try clicking the “Fix Venues Data” button and see if that helps.
