mini calendar widget – returning to current month doesn't show today's events

Hi – It’s Aug 19th. I’m clicking on next month, the September events show up. The problem arises when you use the calendar nav to go back to August: the widget displays the first five events that took place in August instead of displaying today’s events. What I see as a user on August 19th are the events that took place on August 1st, 3rd, etc. How can that be fixed?

Hey there bcnmes. Thanks for the note here, and sorry to hear you’re having problems. (Really nice looking site you’ve got there though).

This is a good find; I was just able to recreate it both at your site and locally on our development site. Oddly this was a problem that arose during the pre-release beta and we addressed it at that time…but it appears something has been reverted.

We do have a maintenance release shipping over the next couple weeks, which addresses a number of other bugs for the calendar widget and *may* fix this. I’d love to hear from you in this thread if it does indeed fix the problem. Otherwise I’ve got this logged in our system on the radar for hopefully the subsequent build after that. Since we release on a monthly release cylce that means we’re looking at about the first week of October for that build.
