Mini Calendar Widget outside WordPress

Hello, I’m a web developer and I’m working on a project in which I have a website (not wordpress) with a blog (wordpress) in it.

I displayed the mini-calendar widget (PRO Plugin) in my wordpress theme. It has some style issues but I think nothing I can’t fix. I really love the widget!

Now I have another problem. I need to display the same widget in the home page (outside wordpress) I did the followin:

I created a new sidebar and added to the home page after including wordpress headers.

The sidebar shows correctly and all the widgets I have in it are as well shown correctly but the mini-calendar.

I would really really appreciate some help in this. I guess it’s something with the paths or some Javascript issue.

I’m sorry but if you’re trying to use a WordPress widget outside of WordPress then that very much falls into the domain of custom development and so isn’t something we can help you with.

Sounds like an interesting challenge though – we wish you luck!

Yes, indeed it’s a challenge! 😛 I finally converted that page into a wordpress page so I can add a sidebar with no problems. I’m in the process of converting all the site into a wordpress site. I think that’s the best solution for now.. 🙂

Now I have another problem regarding the month/list/map view and changing between them. I will look for a solution in the site and I will open another ticket if I could not find anything.
