Mini Calendar Previous / Month issue

Hi, I posted in another thread but creating my own.

Website is http://www.cadwyn.co.uk/, calendar is currently on the homepage, I’ve changed the link on the month names to point to the calendar while the links aren’t working.

The problem I’m having the is the month links that should open the calendar for a next or previous month do not work, they act as a page anchor by default.

It doesn’t work with the default table-mini.php and I have only created an edited version for the links to point to the calender while I have this issue.

I assume it is a javascript error as the loading wheel (#ajax-loading-mini) does not hide automatically when I load the page and the link is treated like an anchor.

Have tried calendar on twenty eleven theme and on 2 servers with no luck.

Hi Rich – have you positioned the widget outside of an actual widgetized sidebar area?

Yes I have, i’m using tribe_calendar_mini_grid() wrapped in a div.

Does it need to be in a widget?

Currently yes: it must be a widget called from within a widgetized sidebar.

Calling tribe_calendar_mini_grid() directly or even embedding it using WordPress’s the_widget() template tag will unfortunately fail. We are aware of this issue … however for the time being all I can suggest is setting up a new sidebar and placing it via that sidebar.
